verizon has a unlimited text plan.. no minutes. you will need to ask someone about it because its considered off-sheet or behind the counter plan.
Have u checked out Virgin Mobile site? u can get any phone for either cheap or even free but in your case with the texting, I prefer u getting the VM wildcard. since u want only texting, u can get unlimited texting for $20 lasting 30 days under the Pay as You Go Plan.
also u can get up 5 airtime minutes free a day by watching virgin mobile ads, u probably wont have to buy minutes ever (assuming u dont talk alot)
