cheap cell phone plans

Can u already have a verizon wireless cell phone number and u buy another fone from wal mart instead of the verizon store can u add that fone number to the fone at wal mart by taking it to the verizon store or can u just do it from the fone ?

I want to block a cell phone number of someone whom I do not want to receive phone calls from. Can I do this from my phone without calling the telephone company? If so, how?

Is there any ways to find out how we can know the wireless provider of a cell phone number?

I have an old cell phone number that I just don’t want to let go of but I’ll hardly ever use so I’m looking for a cell phone plan that’s cheap and bare bones. This number might get used once or twice a year and that’s it. Any suggestions?

I know I can call Verizon directly to change the number, but I love being on hold just about as much as the next person. Is there a quick easy way to change a cell phone number on Verizon’s website? I use the site all the time to view minutes and make payments, but I don’t think I’ve seen an option for changing a phone number.

I am trying to figure out how to block MY number from being seen on other peoples Caller ID. I know about *67 but I heard that only works on Land Lines. I also saw a video that states that one of these will work for the different carriers.
