cheap cell phone plans

Is there any cell phone service with a family plan that starts at $50 or less? $10 for each additional phone?

I have been searching for a while now.

I see 7105t blackberry on sale from t-mobile for $99.99, sounds like a great deal, what do you think?

I like to text more than talk, so what cell phone plan gives the best texting deals. I thought mabe T-mobles pay as you go plan would, but now looking at all the other services I am not so sure.

I want to get a smartphone but it seems like all the data plans are $30 or more.
