i have a verizion wireless phone (cell phone) how do i prevent pepole from calling my phone with a blocked number (caller id says no number)

I need a new cell phone with new service plan. Where can I find the best deals on the Internet?

I waited my way out of a deal (I have AT&T) during x-mas hoping that there would be a better deal/phone. So I will not miss out next time I would like to know when is the best time to get a great deal on a cell phone.

I have three year contract with roger wireless. but I don`t want the cell phone any more? Is there anyway I can cancled it? Will there be a panalty to cancle? How much?
