I know I can call Verizon directly to change the number, but I love being on hold just about as much as the next person. Is there a quick easy way to change a cell phone number on Verizon’s website? I use the site all the time to view minutes and make payments, but I don’t think I’ve seen an option for changing a phone number.
I love my family plan with t-mobile and want to renew my contract, yet I noticed that people who start a new contract get better deals on cell phones. Can I cancel and then come back and start a new contract with the same plan, will it be a better deal?
I’ve had a GoPhone with At&t for years which then turned into Cingular. Recently they changed their payment plans for GoPhone i was paying like $40 per mo. now i am paying $50 per mo. I would love to have the free mobile to mobile feature but in order to do that with GoPhone i need to choose the $70 per month plan, which defeats the purpose of having free mobile to mobile.
So i tell them, fine…i am willing to sign a contract month to month in order to get that feature at a lower monthly cost…BUT…if i do, i can’t keep my number which i have had for years now.
Why is this?
