cheap cell phone plans

my cell phone is a peice of crap, i just got it last yr in july. it does not work. its touch screen

i want to buy a phone off ebay and switch it.
does verizon allow people to switch to another phone?
help! i want to do this asap.
the stupid Glide phone. i hate this phone. they didnt update it. so whenever i touch sumthing it nevvvvvver works i cant stand it anymore. gives me tourettes

Is there any such thing as an ultra-cheap cell phone plan where just two or maybe three or whatever people can only contact one another?

Where/how can I get a cheap cell phone and a cheap plan where I can only call few/four people? I’ve seen it before but I didn’t get the chance to ask the person. It had four options for four people. If someone knows it would be nice. Thanks!

I love my family plan with t-mobile and want to renew my contract, yet I noticed that people who start a new contract get better deals on cell phones. Can I cancel and then come back and start a new contract with the same plan, will it be a better deal?
