cheap cell phone plans

I wanted to know if Georgia has a cell phone plan that will let you make unlimited calls for about 35-40 dollars? Florida has one called metro pcs. Does Georgia have something like that?

If not, why? Must you make a police report to solve who is making obscene phone calls?

I’m looking for a cheap (but, reasonably reliable) cell phone plan. Preferably one with free incoming calls. Free weekends and cheaper in the evening would be great, as well.

Any suggestions?

I found a site a while ago where you input how you use your mobile phone, texts, calls, browsing and whatever. The site then listed the best deals for you based on the info you’d supplied. this worked for contract or pay-as-you-go, I think. Now I cannot find anything like this, just endless list’s of baffling ‘deals’, impossible to compare. Anyone got any ideas, U.K. based I guess?

I want to block a cell phone number of someone whom I do not want to receive phone calls from. Can I do this from my phone without calling the telephone company? If so, how?

Where/how can I get a cheap cell phone and a cheap plan where I can only call few/four people? I’ve seen it before but I didn’t get the chance to ask the person. It had four options for four people. If someone knows it would be nice. Thanks!
