I Just Went To The Verizon Wireless Website And Changed My Minutes From 25 Cents Per TExt Message To 15 Dollers For 1500 Unlimed Text And Camera Messaging And Now The Phone Says Under The Message Or Sometin Pay Per Text What Does That Mean?
