cheap cell phone plans

My mom, dad and me are currently signed with T-mobile and we have the family plan where we share 1,000 minutes for $69.99 per month. I want to switch and my dad told me if i could find something cheaper than maybe we can switch. So now I’m trying to find a family plan for three lines cheaper than $69.99 per month, hopefully with some features (like texting or something) Please help me find a cell phone carrier (in the United States, of course) where there is a cheaper plan. And maybe some really nice phones to choose from because thats mainly why I want to switch. Thanks in advance to anyone who can contribute to this question. Thanks again!

so i’m a poor college kid and was wondering what cell phone plans are out there that are pretty good as well as cheap. prepaid is no longer an option. help?

I don’t want to have to pay anything to put ringtones on. Please also tell me if the ringtones have to be in a certain format. I have the music kit for the cellphone, but I chose not to have the Bluetooth. Thanks in advance.
