cheap cell phone plans

my cell phone is a peice of crap, i just got it last yr in july. it does not work. its touch screen

i want to buy a phone off ebay and switch it.
does verizon allow people to switch to another phone?
help! i want to do this asap.
the stupid Glide phone. i hate this phone. they didnt update it. so whenever i touch sumthing it nevvvvvver works i cant stand it anymore. gives me tourettes

I called about getting my number change and the lady i spoke with said that as of that moment she had submitted it and that it was now my new phone number. It has been about two hours and my phone won’t dial out or receive any calls. I logged on to my verizon account online and it changed the number there. I am just curious how long it will take before it begins to work again.

it won’t even let me call the verizon lady back and i don’t have a land line, whoops !

Also, it says that it is unable to authenticate my phone number when i Dial out.

i tried taking the battery out for like ten minutes and no luck help?

I have an LG Chocolate cellphone and i want to put some music on it. But i have no idea how to do it. I bought a cable so i could connect it to the computer but then a sign pops up saying that i need to put on the cd which i dont have.

This is more or less to answer a lot of peoples question to this question. Majority people say you can’t but thats not true. I have a Verizon Wireless RAZOR V3M and I get free ringtones and wallpapers all the time. Just go to this websitehttp://www.myxertones.com/default/
They send it to your phone (May have to pay for the PIX message which I believe is .10 if you don’t have Messaging on your Phone and PIX Messaging needs to be enabled on your phone) and follow their instructions on their website.
