I want to keep my cell phone bill to about$20-25 per month…..no more. What’s the best deal out there? Do any come with free phones?

Net-10 is the best. Everybody I know that has one has no complaints. Great rates, great phones! Reception never goes out! You can get 300minutes for $15. I have one too, but I also have a contract phone cause I talk too much!
Oh and you also get 300 minutes free with the phone!
I like T-Mobile prepaid because I believe I’m getting a lot more for my money with it. They have 10 cent a minute calling plans and I believe they have cheap text plans too. If you’re getting prepaid, there are no free phones unfortunately though.
Here at US Cellular, the lowest prepaid plan is $45 for 350 minutes, but that has Unlimited incoming calls, Unlimited nights starting at 9, and Free incoming texting. This is a little more expensive than what you stated but I thought I’d throw it out there, as I am sitting in my store right now :-P. The free incoming calls takes care of a lot of the minutes used..Oh and extra minutes are fifteen cents. Which is not much more or less than most prepaid cards out there.
